California College and University Grants
If students wish to study at a college or university in California, they may be eligible for financial support to help them towards paying for the cost of education. The majority of colleges and universities in California provide grants and scholarships to students who may need a little assistance to pay for the cost of tuition. Most students will be required to complete a FAFSA application before they can pursue any kind of financial support, but this process could open up many need-based grant opportunities including student housing grants, minority grants to law school grants.
When students apply for grant assistance they should also consider approaching the California Student Aid Commission as they are there to help students find financial assistance to continue their education.
